that can give more detailed information on distance learning in
adult education programs. It begins with a description of the basic
components of a distance learning program. It continues with a
step-by-step process for setting up a distance learning course.
The course also suggests a framework for selecting curriculum for
distance learning programs.
You will learn to
identify how distance education programs and distance learners are
defined by the National Reporting System guidelines for distance
education. The course explains how contact hours are reported
for distance learning students. You can start and stop your
study as your time permits.
